President

Albert Wohlert is founder and president of Transient Solution LLC. He is an experienced executive manager, with expertise that has formed a capability few others possess. These capabilities, founded on both technical and business acumen, have led to a successful career in both corporate and small business environments encompassing both domestic and international high technology programs and manufacturing operations.

Experience

Mr. Wohlert started his career designing high-frequency semiconductors for both military and commercial use.  Early on, he sought to apply the Toyota Manufacturing Systems (TMS) methodology to semiconductor testing and assembly.  Almost concurrently, Gallium Arsenide (GaAs) products transitioned into commercial cell phone applications.  Within just a few years’ time, Mr. Wohlert directed the operation’s move from military style products into an excellent high volume semiconductor company; under Mr. Wohlert’s leadership, the startup company successfully transitioned from making just hundreds a month to producing up to three quarters of a million devices per day.  During this period of unprecedented growth, Mr. Wohlert developed and refined his use of Six Sigma and Lean Manufacturing techniques.  His effectiveness at the deploying Six Sigma led to continued professional growth including a promotion to manage both semiconductor wafer and post fab operations and eventually the assumption of responsibility for the entire semiconductor division and then corporate Six Sigma deployment. Then, Mr. Wohlert completed his MBA at Daniel Webster College in Nashua, New Hampshire with high honors and quickly transitioned to the role of General Manager of Herley Industries' largest business unit located in Lancaster, Pennsylvania.  Mr. Wohlert left Herley industries in 2009 to launch Transient Solution LLC.
